Zeetalian isn’t just a cafe — it’s a wild idea born out of too much wine by a Venetian waterbody and a chef who knew exactly what the world was missing. After 22 years of tossing, saucing, and bossing kitchens across the UK,  Chef Nirav Acharya packed up his knives and dreams and brought it all back home.
The result? A cafe that doesn’t follow rules — it makes them. From house-made dough and sauces to cheese that actually tastes like cheese, everything here is made the hard way. Add farm-fresh toppings and a sprinkle of madness, and you get Zeetalian: a place where Italy and India flirt over firewood and fresh basil.
